I’m a homemaker, teacher, writer, and frequent contributor to Wholly Loved Ministries’ projects. I live in Nebraska but  was born and raised in Oklahoma.  My greatest love is for the Lord Jesus Christ who has redeemed me and set me free. I have a wonderful husband, son, and daughter-in-law who are my treasures.  I like to read, watch movies, be with my family, and write. I have a heart for prayer ministry and attend Reality Church! In the past, I have struggled with painful shyness to the point that I missed out on much in my youth because I avoided people by escaping into my fantasy world. I experienced having my fiancé change his mind three weeks before our wedding when I was 20 years old. As someone whose goal in life was to be married and have children, that was a blow. But it led me to surrender more to God’s will and to realize that marriage should not be my goal in life but to follow God and to do His will. As it turned out, I got married at the age of 29 and became a mom at the age of 39 (by a miracle-check out the tab “my miracle”) God is my constant and faithful friend, Savior and Lord. Life’s a journey and we’re all in different places. It’s all about grace. I want to walk in the light with Him. I make mistakes every day. I falter and fail but He always catches me. He always forgives me and He never leaves me. His Holy Word is the foundation and guide for my life.
